Shawn O'Keefe
Owner
Shawn is responsible for overseeing Hurricane Hydrovac. Shawn graduated from the University of Windsor with a civil engineering degree. After graduation Shawn become President and shareholder of Michael O'Keefe Ltd. Shawn has over 25 years' experience in the civil construction industry. While Shawn's primary focus was excavation, his background, reputation, and in-depth knowledge of technology has allowed him to drive success into other facets of the business.
Max De Angelis
Owner
Max is responsible for overseeing Hurricane Hydrovac. Max started his career in construction over two decades ago as the President of De Angelis Construction Inc. Max is an innovative and results-oriented construction professional with extensive and diverse experience in business and development spanning across Ontario and Canada. Through his commitment to excellence and a team-oriented approach, Max has been a catalyst in establishing the trusted Hurricane name.
Don Kennedy
General Manager
Don became the President of Heaton Sanitation Ltd. when his father Wilfred Heaton retired. Don continued to grow the business through the acquisition of hydrovacs and combination units and as a result, became one of the biggest locally owned hydrovac companies in Windsor Essex. Don is also well-known for his expertise in septic systems.

Our History
Hurricane Hydrovac Services was established in April of 2015 when Hurricane Hydrovac acquired Heaton Sanitation Ltd. Heaton Sanitation Ltd. has been serving Windsor, Essex County and Chatham-Kent for well over 50 years in septic and liquid waste removal, along with disposal, sewer and catch basin cleaning, video inspections, and hydro excavation services. The combined enterprise now operates a fleet of over 35 trucks. Although the name may have changed what hasn't changed is the exceptional service provided to our many valued clients and the company's vision to drive for excellence continually.
